Teresa Bingham

Co-owner, CBCC-KA, CPDT-KA

Teresa Bingham is a co-owner of RockinE Training and Consulting. She is a certified professional trainer, CPDT-KA, Certified Behaviorist and has 14 years of working in veterinary clinics and animal shelters. Teresa has a bachelors degree in Animal and Veterinary Sciences, and continues to attend classes and seminars to keep her knowledge current in many area of animal care and training.Teresa is certified to evaluate dogs in the Canine Life and Social Skills (C.L.A.S.S) program as well as being certified from the American Kennel Club (AKC) to evaluate dogs in the Canine Good Citizern (CGC) program. She is a member of APDT (Association  of Pet Dog Trainers)

Holly Steinkraus

Co-owner, CPDT-KA

Holly Steinkraus is a co-owner of Rockin’E Training & Consulting. She is a certified professional trainer, CPDT-KA and has been with Rockin’E since September 2016. Holly has a doctorate in Molecular Biology from the University of Wyoming where she manages the microbiology prep room and supervises laboratory sections of General and Medical Microbiology. She is certified by the American Kennel Club (AKC) to evaluate dogs in the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) program and is a member of the APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) and the PPG (Pet Professional Guild). Holly enjoys agility, canine conditioning, and UW dog destressor events with her therapy-certified Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Jordee.

Mandy Kauffman

Co-owner, CPDT-KA

Mandy is a co-owner of Rockin' E and has been with RE since September 2018.  She is a certified professional dog trainer as well as being certified by the American Kennel Club (AKC) to evaluate dogs in the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) program.  She also works as a statistician in the environmental consulting industry, and has many years of experience working with animals both domesticated and wild.  When not at Rockin' E, Mandy can be found off someplace trail-running, mountain-biking, or skiing with her husky mixes - therapy-certified Manitou, Nala, and Shadow, training for Strongman, or with her Kindle glued to her hands.

Jenny Williams


Jenny Williams is a certified professional trainer, CPDT-KA. She continues to enhance her experiences and enrich her knowledge as a dog trainer by attending professional conferences. She is a member of APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) and is certified by the American Kennel Club (AKC) to evaluate dogs in the Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) program. 

Kayleigh Kenik

Assistant trainer

Kayleigh Kenik is an assistant dog trainer. Kayleigh is an elementary teacher and has her Master's degree in Reading PK-12. She is working on an Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Programs in Schools from the University of Missouri. Kayleigh has one dog, a golden retriever named Hudson.

Debbie Howshar

Assistant trainer

Debbie has been with Rockin’E since August 2018. She has worked in the childcare industry for 30 years and is very excited to apply her teaching skills in our classes.  Debbie has a passion for working with dogs in the Laramie Animal Shelter to help them become more adoptable. At home, she has 2 rescued dogs from the shelter.  Archie is a stubborn “old man” who is pug poodle chihuahua mix and Tessa who is a middle aged set in her ways Shih Tzu.  She also has 2 rescue cats, Miss Bree and Vincent Van and a sort of foster cat via her neighbors.  In her spare time, Debbie loves spending time with her 2 grandsons. She also loves jigsaw puzzles and reading.   For the past 10 years, Debbie and her husband have volunteered for a week at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah.  Debbie is excited to be working with you and your dogs.

Paige Realing


Paige is a trainer at Rockin’E and started with the company in January of 2019. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and works as a cosmetologist in downtown Laramie. When she’s not doing hair or training dogs she volunteers at the local animal shelter, tends to her chickens, and does any and all things outside. She’s typically accompanied on all her adventures by her two rescue dogs, Ellie and Nox.

Kate Smith

Assistant trainer

Kate started as an assistant trainer in October of 2019. Kate had been taking classes with Rockin' E for some time with her scruffy rescue terrier mixes, Jazzy and Allie, and was thrilled when they asked her to join the team. Kate grew up volunteering at shelters and rescues and majored in Animal and Veterinary Science before deciding she wanted to use her passion for animals working in the nonprofit sector. She now works for the Wyoming Wildlife Foundation where she helps grant over a million dollars a year to Wyoming's wildlife. When Kate isn't busy adoring her furmily she enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and is an avid concert-goer! 

Ty Tedmon-Jones

Assistant Trainer

A Colorado native and UW graduate, Ty Tedmon-Jones is thrilled to be a part of the Rockin’ E Family as an Assistant Trainer (2020). Ty is an animal lover and has had rescue pets and 4-H animals his whole life. Presently in training at Rockin’ E are Briggs and Ramie, two rescue mixes who keep things real and Ty on his toes! When not spending time with the dogs and cats, Ty works as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Dance/Movement Therapist.

Sandy Myers

Trainer Emeritus, BA, CDBC

Sandy Myers BA, CDBC has been working with dogs for over 40 years: training, teaching classes, and providing behavior modification for companion animals. Sandy is a certified behavior consultant (IAABC), a certified trainer (NADOI) and a  professional member of APDT.  She has a degree from Ohio State University, is a graduate of the DOGS! Principles and Techniques of Behavior Modification from Purdue University, and completed the Animal-Assisted Therapy, Activities, and Learning Program from University of Denver. In order to remain up to date on research and new methods, Sandy has over 900 hours of continue education credits. Sandy currently has a 13.5 yr old Border Collie  and 3yr old fun and VERY active Aussie.  http://www.narniapets.com/pages/history

Molly Krutkamelis

Trainer Emeritus, CPDT-KA

Molly Krutramelis is a certified, professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA), a behavior specialist and has been professionally training dogs for more than15 years. She has over 400 hours of continuing education. Molly has her B.S. in Communication Disorders with a minor in Psychology and extensive graduate coursework in Mental Health Counseling. She has also graduated Purdue University DOGS! Principles and Techniques of Behavior Modification course. She is certified to evaluate dogs for both the AKC CGC (American Kennel Club, Canine Good Citizen). Molly is the proud owner of 2 Border Collies. Her youngest Border Collie, Albus, is the youngest dog to receive Rockin E's Therapy Dog certification.

Bob Hooker


Bob Hooker started working for Rockin' E Training & Consulting in the spring of 2012 after taking several sessions of classes with his Miniature Australian Shepard, Max. He was a certified professional trainer, CPDT-KA. Bob attended the University of Wyoming and had an Associates of Arts degree from Baltimore's International Culinary Art's Institute. A Laramie native, Bob was an instructor for many of our classes, including Canine Good Citizen, Early Einsteins, Shakespeare in the Park, and the DDRP class. Bob loved working with all of the owners and staff of Rockin' E Training & Consulting and especially enjoyed helping dog owners strengthen that special bond with their dogs through the use of positive reinforcement training. Bob passed in November of 2018 and we all miss him immensely. We are in the process of establishing the Bob Hooker Memorial Scholarship in his honor. Details will follow.
